    The Contract Period
    An approved Brand ambassador/Ambassador will be involved for an agreed specified period of approximately 3 months. A Brand ambassador/Ambassador may apply to renew after each 3 month period to continue on in the program. 

    What’s Involved As A Brand ambassador if approved

    – Having a public and very active Instagram account.

    - Agrees to promote our brand on Instagram via posts (photo/video) wearing Cal77™ twice (2x) a month or once every 2 weeks at minimum. (All posts tagging @calskate77 and hashtagging #calskate77.)

    - We encourage Instagram stories too, though not required just fun!!

    - Please make sure photos are CLEAR (especially the face and clothing/product) with minimal background. We love close-ups of the product details and unboxing videos/posts/stories of when you open up your newly arrived packages also! And feel free to share your Instagram posts across all your other social media (Facebook, Youtube, Twitter, Pinterest)

    – Genuine love, support, and enthusiasm for our products and brand shown in comments on Instagram.

    – Unlimited purchases using your 25% off Brand ambassador discount only for YOU! 

    - A FREE item of Cal77's choosing gets included with each monthly purchase! 

    – Actively searches #calskate77 and show your support. Comments on other brand ambassador's and people’s photos of their posts of them in Cal77™ gear. 

    – Feel free to share with us via email non-watermarked photos & videos to info@cal77.com. Any blurry photos most likely will not be used or ambassadorosted so it is highly encouraged to provide quality clear and bright photos. 

    – Promotes and shares any and ALL company announcements such as promotions, contests, launches, and events so please check your email or Instagram messages!

    – Cal77™ reserves the right to use any and all photographs or content submitted on all social media accounts, promotional flyers and all advertisements.

    End Contract
    We desire to protect all our brand ambassadors and our brand. We have the right to withdraw you from the contract at anytime, without question if we find you are not abiding to all the terms and conditions or find any posts indecent or a conflict of interest. We desire to protect the image of all our Brand ambassadors as well as our own brand.

    After you receive confirmation from our customer service, please send the product along with the product list which includes the product ID. A tracking No. of the returning parcel is required; we will deal with the product exchange or refund after we get your returning parcel.

    Damaged items

    If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance.

    Order Cancellation

    We offer full refund if the order is cancelled within 24 hours of your purchase.
    You should submit an order cancellation request to our customer service via info@cal77.com once you decide to cancel the order.

    For orders cancelled after 24 hours of purchase but have not been shipped, we will offer partial refund after charging a 15% cancellation fee.

    We will NOT accept order cancellation request if the orders have been shipped.


    Refunds (if applicable).

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7-15 business days.


    If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
    Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
